La présente étude a pour objet l’élaboration d’une Image directrice servant de document de référence pour l’évolution future du Plateau Saint‑Georges. Elle est menée en amont de toute procédure réglementaire formelle (modification de zone, PDQ, PLQ ou équivalent) et vise à fournir aux autorités communales et cantonales une base technique consolidée d’aide à la décision. L’étude a pour finalité d’évaluer, de manière intégrée et objectivée, les conditions de faisabilité territoriale, réglementaire, environnementale, foncière et opérationnelle de l’évolution et de la régénération du secteur du Plateau Saint-Georges. Elle doit permettre d’identifier des scénarios crédibles, compatibles avec les cadres légaux et stratégiques en vigueur, et de préciser les conditions nécessaires à leur mise en œuvre
