Inspection, testing, verification and reporting of the complete (100%) electrical equipment in use as defined under BS7671 and, specifically, the addendum Code of Practice for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment This procurement procedure is for the appointment of an experience Contractor to carry out a Contractor to carry out a planned programme of In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment within the Councils public buildings.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts(Scotland)Regulations2015
