Description
17-Jul-2026 The objective of this assignment is to support the effective and timely implementation of the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) in compliance with the relevant Mozambican legislation and African Development Bank Environmental and Social (E&S) Operational Safeguard (OS), in particular OS 5 โ Land Acquisition, Restrictions on Access to Land and Land Use, and Involuntary Resettlement, E&S Operational Safeguard 7 (OS7) โ Vulnerable Groups and E&S Operational Safeguard 10 (OS10) - Stakeholder Engagement and Information Disclosure.
