Wat ga je doen? We staan als provincie voor een aantal grote ontwikkelingen, zoals de implementatie van datagedreven werken en het verder doorontwikkelen van elektronische dienstverlening. Dit wordt gedreven door Europese en Nationale wet- en regelgeving en onze eigen ambities. Om deze ontwikkelingen in goede banen te leiden, is een slimme inrichting van de informatievoorziening een voorwaarde. Samen met de andere informatie architecten zorg jij voor een moderne informatievoorziening. Je zorgt voor grip op de informatiestromen en het ondersteunende applicatielandschap. Team Je maakt deel uit van het expertteam Proces- en Informatiemanagement (?PIM-team?) dat onderdeel is van het programma Stuurinformatie en Administratie (SIA). Naast 2 andere informatiearchitecten werken hier ook adviseurs op het gebied van proces-, informatiemanagement en veranderkunde. Daarnaast zoek je afstemming met de Lead Enterprise Architect en draag je samen met de data architect en technisch architecten bij aan de totale architectuur van de provincie. De functie De informatiearchitect richt zich op een samenhangende informatie architectuur, waardoor ruimte ontstaat voor innovatie en flexibiliteit. Jij richt je als informatiearchitect daarbij specifiek ook op de SAP-architectuur. Je hebt en geeft inzicht in de provinciale informatievoorziening. Je kent de organisatiestructuren, werkprocessen, informatie (stromen), applicaties en (in mindere mate) de technische infrastructuur, in hun onderlinge samenhang. Je houdt rekening met aspecten zoals informatiebeveiliging en beheer. Je ondersteunt digitale transformaties door het opstellen van architectuur, bijvoorbeeld in de vorm van concepten, principes en standaarden. Deze worden door jou aangereikt aan projecten zodat zij het speelveld kennen. Concrete werkzaamheden: ? Samen met de adviseurs proces- en informatiemanagement adviseer je op strategisch en tactisch niveau de organisatie over de ontwikkeling van de informatievoorziening. ? Je richt je op de toepassing en uitwerking van de architectuurkaders. En daarbij ligt je accent onder andere op ons ERP pakket (SAP). ? Je draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de informatiearchitectuur van de provincie en denkt mee in interprovinciaal verband over innovatie, data, dienstverlening en bedrijfsvoering. ? Je onderhoudt de huidige ArchiMate architectuurmodellen. ? De doelarchitectuur draag je uit binnen de organisatie en je stimuleert het ?werken onder architectuur? binnen de organisatie.
