De opdracht is om laagdrempelige, deskundige en integrale ondersteuning te bieden aan vluchtelingen bij juridische vraagstukken, gezinshereniging en praktische integratievraagstukken. Het doel is om rechtszekerheid te waarborgen, gezinshereniging te versnellen en zelfredzaamheid te bevorderen, zodat nieuwkomers een stabiele basis krijgen voor hun verblijf en succesvolle participatie in de Nederlandse samenleving. Het is daarbij belangrijk dat vluchtelingen wegwijs wordt gemaakt en uiteindelijk zelfstandig hun weg weten te vinden in het reguliere voorliggend veld. De gemeente is voornemens om het contract aan te gaan voor 15 maanden met eenmaal optie om 9 maanden te verlengen.
