Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Bauingenieurleistungen (Tiefbau) für die Projektierung und Realisierung einer neuen Radinfrastruktur von der SIA-Teilphase 31 (Vorprojekt) bis zur SIA-Teilphase 53 (Inbetriebnahme, Abschluss). Eine Analyse des Sachplans Velo des Kantons Freiburg zeigt für die Kantonsstrasse Achse 3200, Abschnitt Tafers – St. Antoni Defizite in Bezug auf die vorhandene Radinfrastruktur auf. Im Rahmen des Projekts soll aufbauend auf der vorliegenden Machbarkeitsstudie eine neue sichere Radwegverbindung geschaffen werden. Vorgesehen ist der Bau eines einseitigen Radwegs bergwärts auf einer Länge von rund 750 m. Mit dem Bau des Radwegs wird gleichzeitig die Linienführung der Strasse optimiert und leicht angepasst. Ebenso muss die Strassenentwässerung gemäss dem aktuellen Stand der Technik und den Vorgaben des Gewässerschutzgesetzes überprüft und angepasst werden. Aufgrund der topografischen Verhältnisse sind drei neue Stützmauern erforderlich. Die bestehende Brücke über den Wyssebach soll durch einen Neubau ersetzt und an die Anforderungen des Hochwasserschutzes angepasst werden. Bei der Projektierung und Realisierung sind die Grundsätze der nachhaltigen Entwicklung über sämtliche SIA-Teilphasen angemessen zu berücksichtigen. Im Fokus stehen ressourcenschonende, umweltverträgliche, wirtschaftliche und dauerhafte Lösungen. Das Projekt erfordert Kompetenzen in folgenden Fachbereichen: Auftragsführung und Projektmanagement; Ingenieurleistungen Strassenbau (u.a. Trassierung, Tiefbau, Entwässerung, Retention und Behandlung des Strassenabwassers); Ingenieurleistungen Kunstbauten und Geotechnik (u.a. Stützmauern, Brücken, Hangstabilität); Ingenieurleistungen Wasserbau (u.a. Ufer-/Sohlverbauten, Hochwasserschutzprojekt); Nachhaltigkeit in Bauprojekten; topografische Vermessungen; administrative und technische Bauleitung.
