De MSP zal de gemeente ondersteunen bij het efficiënt en doelmatig inzetten van tijdelijke medewerkers wanneer sprake is van capaciteitsbehoefte door bijvoorbeeld langdurige ziekte, tijdelijke vacatureruimte of piekbelasting.
