Team Gegevensuitwisseling in de Zorg (GidZ) bestaat uit circa 45 collega’s en is verdeeld over een aantal clusters. Elk cluster verricht werkzaamheden die gericht zijn op de gegevensuitwisseling in de zorg. Werkzaamheden zijn het beheren van de informatiestandaarden (iStandaarden) voor de Wet langdurige zorg (Wlz) en het Netwerkmodel-iWlz, de wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo), de Jeugdwet (Jw) en het Persoonsgebonden budget (Pgb). Daarnaast stellen wij samen met partijen de Informatieparagrafen op in het kader van de Wegiz en voeren wij diverse programma’s uit die de gegevensuitwisseling in de zorg verbeteren en stimuleren. Wij ondersteunen alle partijen en hun softwareleveranciers bij de implementatie van nieuwe versies van de iStandaarden.
Voor het uitvoeren van één van onze programmataken zijn wij op zoek naar een Redacteur / communicatieadviseur binnen ons team in de periode van 23 maart 2026 tot 1 april 2027 voor gemiddeld 20 uren per week.
Deze redacteur / communicatie adviseur houdt zich vooral bezig met het ontwikkelen van (ondersteunende) communicatiedocumenten voor het Actieprogramma iWlz. Dit programma ontwikkelt een databeschikbaarheidsmodel (netwerkmodel) voor de langdurige zorg: het ontsluiten van gegevens over het administratieve zorgproces in de langdurige zorg wordt hiermee mogelijk gemaakt. Hiervoor worden bronregisters ontwikkeld. Dit gebeurt op basis van de iWlz-standaard; een informatiestandaard die door het Zorginstituut wordt beheerd.
