SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE Invitation for Initial Selection The Republic of Iraq Sanitation and Rainwater Drainage Project in Al Khalidiya (Governorate of Al Anbar) Design and Build of a WWTP, Sewerage Network and Stormwter Network October 2026 The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities (MOHCPM) has received funds from Agence Française de Développement ("AFD") toward the cost of the Sanitation and Rainwater Drainage Project in Al Khalidiya (Governorate of Al Anbar), and it intends to apply part of the funds to payments under the contract. The Employer intends to initially select a maximum of six (6) firms for the Design and Build of a WWTP, sewerage network and stormwater network under this contract. The invitations for bid is made in October 2026. Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Public Municipalities (MOCHPM), through the Office for Externally Funded Projects (OEFP) (address below) during 09:00 am to 3:00 pm Sunday to Thursday. A complete set of the Initial Selection Documents in English may be purchased by interested Applicants (a) on the submission of a written application to the address below and (b) upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 250,000 IQD (Two hundred and fifty thousand Iraqi Dinars). The Initial Selection documents will be sent by e-mail upon receipt of the net amount of 250,000 IQD through money transfer via Western Union, excluding any additional costs related to the transfer. The payment should be addressed to our authorized recipient, Saleemah Abd Ali Abbas. Applications for initial selection should be submitted in clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address below by 12.00 hours (local time) on 24 November 2026. Late applications may be rejected. Applications will only be accepted from applicants purchasing the Initial Selection documents.
