Original language: GermanBei der zukünftigen Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der Online-Angebote sollen Kundinnen und Kunden von den ersten Ideen bis zum Go-Live geeignet eingebunden werden. In der Industrienorm ISO 9241-210 ist beschrieben, wie dies zu erfolgen hat. Der Prozess sieht vier wesentliche Prozessschritte vor, welche bei Bedarf zu iterieren sind: 1. Zu Beginn einer Produktentwicklung erfolgt die Analyse der Problemstellung. Es muss durch Kundenbefragung erfragt werden, welche Probleme durch das künftige Produkt für die Nutzerinnen und Nutzer des BA-Portals gelöst werden sollen. Dazu muss der Nutzungskontext verstanden und beschrieben werden.
2. Aus den unter 1. gesammelten Erkenntnissen, müssen Nutzungsanforderungen spezifiziert werden. 3. Erst wenn der Nutzungskontext ausreichend erforscht und die Analyse der Bedürfnisse der Benutzerinnen und Benutzer klar ist, sollte eine Gestaltlösung (Prototyp, Konzept etc...) entworfen werden. 4. Die Gestaltlösung sollte wiederum mit Benutzerinnen und Benutzern evaluiert werden. Mit der hier beschriebenen Leistung soll die BA in die Lage versetzt werden, die oben beschrieben Punkte unter 1. und 2. normgerecht zu erfüllen um im Anschluss eine Gestaltlösung entwerfen zu können.
