Základná škola Pavla Demitru 5. Materská škola Pavla Demitru 6. Základná škola Centrum I 32 7. Materská škola Centrum I 32 Uchádzač je povinný vo svojej ponuke predložiť: 1) vyplnený dokument „Špecifikácia predmetu zákazky“ – samostatný dokument súťažných podkladov, v ktorom uvedie: a) Názov výrobcu b) Typové označenie výrobku c) Parametre ponúkaného výrobku. 2) Technický list alebo prospekt alebo iný ekvivalentný doklad ponúkaných tovarov (FV menič, FV panely, FV optimizéry, Batériové úložisko) a montážny návod alebo potvrdenie výrobcu (FV konštrukcia) s uvedením názvu výrobcu, typu výrobku, fotografického vyobrazenia ponúkaného výrobku a parametrov, ktoré musia byť v súlade s požadovanými parametrami obstarávateľa uvedenými v týchto súťažných podkladoch a v dokumente „Špecifikácia predmetu zákazky“.
