Binnen ODZOB wordt tijdelijk een Interim HR Manager gezocht in verband met de tijdelijke afwezigheid van de huidige HR Manager. Het betreft nadrukkelijk een overbruggingsopdracht waarbij continu?teit, stabiliteit en verdere professionalisering centraal staan. De HR-afdeling heeft de afgelopen periode een ontwikkeling doorgemaakt en het team is recent uitgebreid. Er ligt een duidelijke koers en er zijn belangrijke verbeter- en veranderopgaven in gang gezet. Voor deze fase zoeken wij een ervaren professional die deze lijn voortzet, rust en structuur brengt en het team verder begeleidt in de volgende stap. Hoe ziet het team eruit? Het HR-team bestaat momenteel uit 8 collega?s en is als volgt samengesteld: 2 HR Business Partners 2 adviseurs Opleiden & Ontwikkeling 2 HR-medewerkers 1 medewerker Arbo & Veiligheid1 Strategisch HR Business Partner - HR-teamco?rdinator Het team bevindt zich in een fase van verdere professionalisering, waarbij gewerkt wordt aan duidelijke rolverdeling, samenwerking en eigenaarschap. De HR-teamco?rdinator speelt een rol in de dagelijkse afstemming en operationele prioritering, waarbij de Interim HR Manager nauw met deze rol samenwerkt en regelmatig afstemt over voortgang, teamontwikkeling en lopende HR-vraagstukken. Belangrijke veranderopgaven binnen het team en jouw rol: HR-fundament verder versterken: je zorgt voor stabiele, beheersbare en toekomstbestendige HR-processen, legt eigenaarschap duidelijk bij het team en cre?ert inzicht in HR-data, KPI?s en managementinformatie. Implementatie en borging salarisadministratie: je voert regie op de uitbestede AFAS salarisadministratie, stuurt op heldere contracten en SLA?s, waarborgt kwaliteit, privacy en compliance, begeleidt het team in de uitvoering en monitort continu de voortgang om tijdig bij te sturen. HR-teamontwikkeling: je cre?ert een heldere rol- en taakverdeling, versterkt samenwerking en aanspreekcultuur en coacht individuele teamleden. Versterking van HR-thema?s: je bent sponsor (opdrachtgever), sparringpartner en aanjager voor diverse HR projecten zoals strategische personeelsplanning, arbo & veiligheid, opleidingsprogramma?s, kernwaarden, management development en borging van wet- en regelgeving. Brug tussen strategie en uitvoering: je vertaalt strategische richting en besluiten van het managementteam naar het HR-team, versterkt de aansluiting tussen operationele HR-activiteiten en de HR-strategie en positioneert HR als betrouwbare gesprekspartner.
