A compulsory site visit of theIaloveni Kindergarten  at the following address: Kindergarten No 1, AndrieČ, Ialoveni city, Prieteniei 6a street, will be organized on the11 of September 2024 at 11-00 AM.
The site visit will be followed by an information session where all works providers are welcome to ask any questions. Site visit is compulsory to be allowed to bid for the corresponding lot.
All bids must be submitted before25 of September2024, at 5pm Moldovan timeat the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to[email protected], Cc[email protected]. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take placeon 26 of September at 11AMin the ACTED representative office in Moldova, mun ChiČinÄu, str. Čtefan cel Mare Či Sfânt, nr. 182, etajul 3. The presence of biddersâ representative is allowed â according to the request by the phone or by email[email protected].
