The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. A compulsory site visit of the of BalČi Community Center at the following address: BalČi, Conev 3 street, will be organized on the 20 of September 2024 at 12-00 AM.The site visit will be followed by an information session where all works providers are welcome to ask any questions. Site visit is compulsory to be allowed to bid for the corresponding lot.
All bids must be submitted before 01 of October 2024, at 3pm Moldovan time at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to[email protected], Cc[email protected]. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 01 of October at 3:30PM in the ACTED representative office in Moldova, mun ChiČinÄu, str. Čtefan cel Mare Či Sfânt, nr. 182, etajul 3.
