Usluga obuhvaća provedbu redovnog i interventnog strojarskog održavanja MBO postrojenja u sklopu Centra za gospodarenje otpadom Biljane Donje, s ciljem sklapanja okvirnog sporazuma s jednim gospodarskim subjektom na razdoblje od tri (3) godine. Održavatelj se obvezuje sve poslove održavanja obavljati kvalitetno, stručno, profesionalno i u ugovorenim rokovima, u skladu s pravilima struke i načelom dobrog gospodarstvenika, za potrebe Naručitelja (EKO d.o.o.) na postrojenju za mehaničko-biološku obradu otpada (MBO). Koncept održavanja temelji se na smjernicama RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance – održavanje usmjereno na pouzdanost) te obuhvaća četiri osnovna područja: 1. Korektivno (interventno) održavanje 2. Preventivno održavanje 3. Prediktivno održavanje 4. Proaktivno održavanje Svojim aktivnostima Održavatelj je obvezan osigurati ukupnu tehničku raspoloživost MBO postrojenja od najmanje 96%, pri čemu je metodologija izračuna tehničke raspoloživosti definirana u Poglavlju 2.3. Metodologija izračuna pouzdanosti. Održavatelj je dužan planirati, organizirati i provoditi sve aktivnosti preventivnog, prediktivnog, proaktivnog i interventnog održavanja na način kojim se osigurava ispunjenje navedenog zahtjeva.
