Description

The department is seeking to procure a Supplier to provide Property and Tenancy Management (PTM) services and onsite specialist case management support at multiple service locations. These services are: • Fraser Coast Temporary Supported Accommodation at 5 Rose Street, Pialba • Ipswich Temporary Supported Accommodation at 39 the Terrace, North Ipswich The properties will be utilised as Temporary Supported Accommodation (TSA) operating as Immediate Supported Accommodation (ISA) for single adults and adult couples who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness providing 26 places of TSA in the Fraser Coast LGA and 24 places of TSA in the Ipswich LGA.
