Description

Deze opdracht heeft als voorwerp het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één ondernemer voor het leveren van gereedschap voor groenonderhoud, zowel elektrisch als met verbrandingsmotor als handgereedschap en toebehoren voor de looptijd van 48 maanden, aan de besturen die lid zijn van de intergemeentelijke aankoopdienst van IOK. Onder deze besturen wordt verstaan: politiezones, hulpverleningszones, OCMW, gemeente- en stadsbesturen en welzijnsverenigingen. Tijdens de looptijd van het contract kunnen er mogelijks nog een aantal welzijnsverenigingen toetreden tot deze raamovereenkomst. Het betreft een niet-exclusieve raamovereenkomst zonder enige afnameverplichting. Bijgevolg zijn, niettegenstaande de sluiting van de raamovereenkomst door de aanbestedende overheid IOK op basis van onderhavig bestek, de voormelde besturen vrij om elders te bestellen tijdens de duur van het contract of geen bestelling te plaatsen. De opdrachtnemer kan hiervoor geen schadevergoeding eisen.
