Original language: fiKoulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO, Tekniikan toimiala pyytää tarjouksia IPC - sertifiointivaatimukset täyttävästä juotoslaitteistoista, mikroskoopeista, ESD-tarvikkeista ja tarkastusvälineistä.
Laitteistojen tulee mahdollistaa sertifioinnit yrityselämälle ja opiskelijoille. Sertifioitujen tuotteiden valmistuksessa edellytetään operaattoreilta vaatimusten mukaiset sertifikaatit. Hankittavien laitteistojen tulee sisältää juotosvälineet ja mikroskoopit juotosten varmistamiseen, täyttää IPC- ja ESD-standardit, ja soveltua koulutus- ja tuotantokäyttöön.
Laitteistojen tulee mahdollistaa yhteistyön, laadunvarmistuksen ja kouluttamisen koulutus- ja yritysorganisaatioissa. IPC-standardit, kuten IPC-J-STD-001 ja IPC-A-610, määrittelevät vaatimukset, joiden avulla varmistetaan prosessin hallinta ja lopputuotteen hyväksyttävyys.
IPC-sertifiointivaatimukset täyttävät laitteistot ja tarvikkeet eivät ole pelkkä suositus, vaan välttämättömyys, jotta:
