Description

Isaac Regional Council (IRC) requires a suitable Contractor to undertake the construction of reconstruction works to essential public assets damaged by extreme weather experienced during Tropical Cyclone Koji, and subsequent weather events funded under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA). The impacted area spans the entirety of the IRC administrative boundary and includes a range of construction activities including pavement works, repair of drainage structures, signage installation, and clearing of debris. Subject to the discretion of the Principal, the works may include in whole or in parts thereof, the following works: a) Package 1: Central/North Works b) Package 2: West Works c) Package 3: North-East Works d) Package 4: Central/South Works e) Package 5: East Works Subject to the discretion of the Principal, the five packages may be awarded to a single Contractor or to multiple Contractors.
