Description

ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES PANEL The Water Corporation invites Bidders to submit a Bid to become a member of a Panel of Preferred Suppliers for the provision of Engineering Design Services. To be considered, Bidders are required to submit a complete set of Bid Schedules (Part B) by the Closing Date and Closing Time. The Bid Schedules are schedules to this Bid Invitation. While preserving the right to source from other contractors during the Term of the Preferred Supplier Agreement, the Water Corporation will source the majority of its requirements from its Preferred Suppliers. Any agreement entered into as a result of this Bid Invitation constitutes an irrevocable ‘Standing Offer’ in accordance with Preferred Supplier Agreement, clause 1.2, wherein the Services and/or Goods delivered under any contract awarded under the Preferred Supplier Agreement shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Preferred Supplier Agreement. The Scope of Services is set out in PART A Bid Conditions - Attachment 1- Engineering Design Services Pane Scope of Services of this document.
