Utilizing student cooperative services

Provision of labor for Aquaticum Debrecen Kft. by a student cooperative within the meaning of Act X of 2006 on Cooperatives. Aquaticum Debrecen SPA is a type 1 public bath as defined in Government Decree 510/2023 (XI.20.). The winning bidder must provide student labor for the following qualified activities: • Lifeguard • Climbing wall operator/wall master (Only during the operating period of Aquaticum Strand, together with lifeguard qualification) • Pool attendant • Slide operator • Sauna attendant • First aider and for the following unqualified activities • Cashier • Information desk • Cloakroom attendant • Changing room attendant (During the operating period of Aquaticum Strand. In other units, on a case-by-case basis.) • Gatekeeper • Pool cleaner/vacuum cleaner (During the operating period of Aquaticum Strand. In other units, on a case-by-case basis.) • Animator/Playroom supervisor (Only during the operating period of Aquaticum Strand.) • Physical activity (loading/unloading) • AQ-Hotel Hostess • AQ-Hotel Children's Animator • AQ-Hotel Animator (in mascot costume) • AQ-Hotel Playroom Supervisor • AQ-Hotel Housekeeper • AQ-Hotel Natura Restaurant Order Taker • AQ-Hotel Natura Restaurant Waiter • AQ-Hotel Natura Restaurant Busser • AQ-Hotel Event Hostess / Host (student) Mediation of students in a student cooperative membership relationship for the performance of the above activities for the Ordering Party for a period of 24 months from the effective date + a 12-month extension option at the unilateral declaration of the Ordering Party. The framework hourly volume for the 24-month contract period is: 214,000 working hours. If the contract is extended, the framework hourly volume will increase by 107,000 working hours. The Ordering Party undertakes to call off 70% of the framework hourly volume, both for the basic framework hourly volume and for the framework hourly volume under the extension. The Ordering Party does not wish to pay differentiated hourly rates for the student labor utilized in relation to the various activity areas, as well as for events during and outside of opening hours, but wishes to settle for all activity areas with a single specified hourly rate for all student labor utilized. For information, the Ordering Party provides the expected breakdown of the student labor framework expected to arise in a calendar year (12 months). 1. Lifeguard: a total of 10,600 hours 2. Climbing wall operator/wall master: 1,200 hours 3. Slide operator: a total of 10,800 hours 4. First aid: a total of 7,000 hours 5. Pool attendant: 26,600 hours 6. Cashier: a total of 20,000 hours 7. Other unqualified activities: a total of 32,000 hours The above data are for information purposes; the Ordering Party may deviate from them in relation to monthly and ad-hoc orders. The documentation contains descriptions of individual activity areas, their spatial distribution, and duration.
