Description

De Opdracht betreft het leveren van IT-hardware en de direct daarmee samenhangende dienstverlening aan Beeld & Geluid. De Opdrachtnemer fungeert gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst als centraal aanspreekpunt voor het adviseren over, offreren, bestellen, leveren en ondersteunen van IT-hardware. Zie voor meer informatie het Beschrijvend Document De geraamde en tevens maximale waarde van de Raamovereenkomst bedraagt €4.250.000 exclusief btw over de maximale looptijd van vier jaar. Bij het bepalen van deze raming is rekening gehouden met de verwachte vervanging van bestaande hardware, geplande investeringen, lifecyclevernieuwingen en mogelijke prijs- en marktontwikkelingen gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst. De genoemde opdrachtwaarde betreft een raming. Aan deze raming en aan een eventuele verdeling over jaren of productcategorieën kunnen door de Opdrachtnemer geen rechten worden ontleend. Beeld & Geluid geeft geen garantie ten aanzien van een minimale afname, omzet of verdeling van de bestedingen. De feitelijke afname is afhankelijk van de daadwerkelijke behoefte, beschikbare budgetten, technische ontwikkelingen en marktomstandigheden. Wanneer de maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst is bereikt (voor de afloopdatum), kan Beeld & Geluid besluiten geen verdere opdrachten meer te verstrekken en de raamovereenkomst te beëindigen.
