Predmet nabave je izrada projektne dokumentacije s projektantskim nadzorom i izvođenje radova obnove 4 potresom oštećenih stambeno-poslovnih zgrada u Zagrebu – BLOK Mesnička ulica – Frankopanska, kako je uređeno Zakonom o obnovi, Programom mjera, Zakonom o gradnji te vezanim propisima kojima se uređuje obnova kao i propisima kojima se uređuje obavljanje poslova i djelatnosti prostornog uređenja i gradnje te svakoj naknadnoj izmjeni i dopuni tih propisa. Opseg aktivnosti ugovaratelja uključuje uključuje projektiranje i projektantski nadzor te izvođenje radova obnove po načelu obračuna „ključ u ruke“ do pune funkcionalnosti prema Zakonu o obnovi,, sukladno članku 630. Zakona o obveznim odnosima (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22, 155/23). Sve predmetne zgrade se nalaze na području kulturnog dobra -Povijesna urbana cjelina Grad Zagreb, upisanog u Registar kulturnih dobara RH pod brojem Z-1525. Dvije zgrade obuhvaćene predmetom nabave imaju status pojedinačno zaštićenog kulturnog dobra te se, slijedom navedenog, obnavljaju cjelovitom obnovom, sukladno točki 6. Programa mjera i članku 19. Zakona o obnovi: Ilica 39 i Frankopanska ulica 1 – Kuća Keglević, Z- 669 Mesnička ulica 6 i 6/2 – Kuća Tomich, Z-1007
