Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je izrada cjelovite projektno-tehničke dokumentacije za potrebe ishođenja građevinske dozvole i izvođenja radova za izgradnju školske sportske dvorane uz Osnovnu školu oca Petra Perice s podzemnom garažom u Makarskoj. Usluga obuhvaća: • izradu Glavnog projekta za ishođenje građevinske dozvole, • ishođenje svih potrebnih potvrda javnopravnih tijela, • sudjelovanje u postupku ishođenja građevinske dozvole do njezine pravomoćnosti, • izradu Izvedbenog projekta svih struka, • izradu troškovnika radova i procjene investicije. Projektant je dužan projektirati građevinu sukladno Idejnom rješenju, posebnim uvjetima, uvjetima priključenja, važećim zakonima, pravilnicima i pravilima struke. Projektni zadatak (u prilogu) sastavni je dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi.
