Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je: Izrada projektno-tehničke dokumentacije za izgradnju nove zgrade zdravstvene namjene u sklopu Županijske bolnice Čakovec. Usluga obuhvaća izradu Glavnog projekta i Izvedbenog projekta sa svim potrebnim projektnim mapama, elaboratima, studijama, analizama, proračunima, troškovnicima i ostalom projektno-tehničkom dokumentacijom potrebnom za ishođenje građevinske dozvole te pružanje stručne podrške tijekom provedbe postupka javne nabave radova. Predmet nabave izvršava se u dvije faze: Faza I – Izrada Glavnog projekta Faza I obuhvaća izradu Glavnog projekta sa svim pripadajućim projektnim mapama, elaboratima, studijama, analizama, proračunima, troškovnicima, tehničkim opisima, nacrtima, tablicama, specifikacijama i ostalom projektno-tehničkom dokumentacijom potrebnom za ishođenje građevinske dozvole i provedbu postupka javne nabave radova, u opsegu, sadržaju i na način propisan Tehničkim specifikacijama koje čine sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Faza II – Izrada Izvedbenog projekta Faza II obuhvaća izradu Izvedbenog projekta kojim se razrađuju projektna rješenja iz Glavnog projekta, uključujući izvedbene nacrte, detalje, sheme, radioničke nacrte, proračune, tablice, specifikacije i ostalu dokumentaciju potrebnu za izvođenje radova, u opsegu, sadržaju i na način propisan Tehničkim specifikacijama koje čine sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Odabrani ponuditelj obvezan je sve usluge koje su predmet ove nabave izvršiti u cijelosti, stručno, savjesno i pravodobno, u skladu s Dokumentacijom o nabavi i svim njezinim prilozima, Tehničkim specifikacijama, Uputama za izradu troškovnika, važećim zakonima i podzakonskim propisima Republike Hrvatske, tehničkim propisima, hrvatskim ili jednakovrijednim normama, pravilima struke, posebnim uvjetima javnopravnih tijela te svim drugim propisima koji uređuju projektiranje, građenje i rad građevina zdravstvene namjene.
