Zakona o obnovi zgrada oštećenih potresom na području Grada Zagreba, Krapinsko-zagorse županije, Sisačko-moslavačke županije i Karlovačke županije (NN 102/20, 10/21,117/21; dalje: Zakon o obnovi). Zgrada Hrvatskog sabora se nalazi na području povijesne urbane cjeline Grada Zagreba, upisana u Registar kulturnih dobara RH, Listu zaštićenih kulturnih dobara pod reg.br. Z-1525, u dijelu za koji je utvrđen sustav zaštite "A"- Područje izuzetno dobro očuvane i osobito vrijedne povijesne strukture, stoga podliježe svim odredbama Zakona o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara (Narodne novine 69/99,151/03,157/03-ispr.,87/09, 88/10, 61/11, 25/12, 136/12, 157/13, 152/14 , 98/15, 44/17, 90/18, 32/20, 62/20, 117/21, 114/22) Detaljan opis predmeta nabave (tehnička specifikacija) nalazi se u Troškovniku i u Projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji.
