Hankinnan kohteena ovat: 1) Lakisääteinen ja ennaltaehkäisevä työterveyshuolto, Kelan korvausluokka 1 (Työterveyshuoltolaki 4 § ja 12 §) Lakisääteinen ja ennaltaehkäisevä työterveyshuolto käsittää työpaikkaselvitykset, lakisääteisten tietojen antamisen, ohjauksen ja neuvonnan, terveystarkastukset (työhön sijoitus- ja terveydenseurantatarkastukset, lakisääteiset terveystarkastukset, säteilytyötarkastukset), työkykyä ylläpitävän toiminnan, sairauspoissaolojen seurannan järjestelyn ja tapaturmien torjunnan ylläpidon. 2) Sairaanhoitopalvelut, Kelan korvausluokka 2 (Työterveyshuoltolaki 14 §) Sairaanhoitopalveluihin kuuluvat työterveyshoitajan ja työterveyslääkärin vastaanotot, niihin liittyvine hankinnan kohteet liitteen 2 laboratorio- ja röntgenpalveluineen, työfysioterapeutin ja työpsykologin vastaanotot. 3) Kela-korvauksen vuosittainen hakeminen Työterveyshuolto toimittaa tarvittavat kustannuserittelyt ja -raportit sekä esitäyttää hakemuksen sähköisesti suoraan Kelan järjestelmään, josta Sydänsairaalan edustaja käy tarkistamassa ja hyväksymässä tiedot.
