Je adviseert het management en het bestuur in brede zin over de ontwikkeling van de fysieke leefomgeving, het omgevingsplan en andere ruimtelijke procedures. Concreet betekent dit: Deelname aan startgesprekken, de intaketafel en het opstellen van richtinggevende adviezen, in samenwerking met de procesbegeleiders omgevingOp verzoek adviezen voorleggen aan het college en/of gemeenteraad op het gebied van de fysieke leefomgevingInhoudelijke beoordelen van motiveringen ETFALHet verstrekken van informatie op het gebied van de fysieke leefomgeving aan inwoners en bedrijven en helder uitdragen van het gemeentelijk beleidHet inhoudelijk en procesmatig begeleiden van wijzigingen van het omgevingsplan Vertegenwoordigen college en Raad in procedures (samen met jurist) Organiseren en/of deelnemen aan in- en externe overlegverbanden met diverse externe partijen als ingenieursbureaus, architectenbureaus, aannemers, waterschappen, rijks- en provinciale overheden, regionale samenwerkingsverbanden, bedrijven, burgers en andere partijen met als doel om gezamenlijk tot een goed plan te komen.Het leveren van een bijdrage aan de transitie naar een gebiedsdekkend omgevingsplan dat voldoet aan de eisen van de Omgevingswet.
