Wil jij aan de slag bij een team in ontwikkeling? Hou jij daarnaast van afwisseling in je werk? Voor het cluster Leefomgeving zijn wij op zoek naar een tijdelijke Jurist handhaving. Wat ga je doen? Als jurist behandel je zelfstandig juridische dossiers op het gebied van onder andere Omgevingsrecht, Alcoholwet, Algemene plaatselijke verordening en bijzondere wetten. Hierbij kan je denken aan het voeren van handhavingsprocedures. Hiervoor behandel je bezwaar- en beroepschriften en ga je ook naar zittingen namens de gemeente en stel je verweerschriften op. Je werkt samen met 2 juristen en 2 juridisch administratief medewerkers. Verder houd je ook de ontwikkelingen bij op de verschillende rechtsgebieden en informeert de andere collega?s hierover.Wie zijn wij?Cluster Leefomgeving is verantwoordelijk voor de vergunningverlening, het toezicht en de handhaving. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan het verlenen van een vergunning voor appartementen of het mogelijk maken van ander woongebruik, maar ook voor het organiseren van evenementen. Het toezicht en handhaving richt zich onder andere op het gebruik van gebouwen en de naleving van het Omgevingsplan. Maar ook op het toezicht en handhaving van de algemene plaatselijke verordening en de Verordening Fysieke leefomgeving.Kom je bij ons werken, dan vragen we een recente Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG).
