CCTV System - Expansion of the Automatic Vehicle Control (AKV) Perimeter

This public procurement tender concerns the expansion of the municipal CCTV and surveillance system (hereinafter referred to as MKDS) within the statutory city of Pardubice. The scope of the MKDS installation involves monitoring traffic on roads and public spaces, including the reading of license plates of passing vehicles at designated locations. A key requirement is the integration of these license plate recognition cameras into the existing Geutebrück camera system. The contract includes the supply and installation of 10 camera points, comprising 20 fixed IP cameras, and technological cabinets equipped with power supplies and industrial switches. Communication between the cameras and the server will utilize a mobile operator's data network service, specifically 5G with APN (Access Point Name) configuration. Permanent 230V power supply will not be provided at the camera points; instead, power will be supplied via backup battery sources connected to the public lighting system. The tender also covers data services for 10 SIM cards, which must meet the contracting authority's requirement for unlimited data flow over the 5G network, with a guaranteed maximum price for data services by the supplier for a period of 60 months. Furthermore, the scope of work includes warranty and post-warranty service for the CCTV system. This project aims to enhance traffic monitoring and security through advanced technology integration and reliable data communication.
