Kapelluhraun 2. áfangi – Gullhella og Málmhella er framhald af eldra iðnaðarsvæði í Hafnarfirði og afmarkast af Akstursíþrótta- og skotæfingasvæði í suðri, iðnaðarsvæði Kapelluhrauns 1.áfanga í austri, Kapelluhrauns 2.áfanga (fyrri hluti) í norðri og ósnortnu hrauni í vestri. Helstu stærðir og magntölur fyrir hverfið eru eftirfarandi: Verklok eru 15. nóvember 2026.
