Original language: isFjársýslusvið Akureyrarbæjar, fyrir hönd fræðslu- og lýðheilsusviðs Akureyrarbæjar, óskar eftir tilboðum í reglulega ræstingu og aðra ræstingu á húsnæði þriggja grunnskóla Akureyrarbæjar samkvæmt útboðslýsingu þessari og þeim gögnum sem í henni eru upptalin. Um er að ræða u.þ.b. 10.500 fermetra húsnæði í þremur aðskildum grunnskólum: Giljaskóli, Glerárskóli og Síðuskóli. Athugið að alþrif 1x á ári í sumarlokun og aðlögunarfrístund eru innifalin í tilboðum, fyrstu alþrifin skulu unnin í ágúst 2026. Gert er ráð fyrir að ræsting á grundvelli útboðs hefjist þann 4. ágúst 2026 og samið verður til tveggja ára, með framlengingarmöguleika til tveggja ára til viðbótar (2+2 ár), eða mest til 10. júní 2030. Vettvangsskoðun verður haldin þann 27. maí kl. 10:00, við byrjum í Síðuskóla.
