Kokonaisuuteen sisältyvät ajoneuvojen huoltopalveluiden lisäksi rengaspalvelut sekä ajoneuvokannan hallintaan liittyvät palvelut. Hankinnan tavoitteena on hankkia Keravan kaupungin ajoneuvotarpeita palveleva, kustannustehokas ja vastuullinen palvelukokonaisuus. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska sen katsotaan muodostavan yhtenäisen kokonaisuuden. Hankitayksikkö kilpailuttaa itse tarvitsemansa ajoneuvot ja kilpailutuksen jälkeen ajoneuvot siirtyvät palveluntuottajan hallinnoitavaksi.
