Oslo kommune ved Sykehjemsetaten har gjennomført et omfattende oppgavedelingsprosjekt i perioden 2024-2025, med utprøving av flere modeller for alternativ organisering og oppgavedeling i kommunale langtidshjem. Noen av modellene er prøvd ut både ble testet ut på enkelte avdelinger, mens noen ble testet ut og på hele institusjoner. En av modellene, Tåsenmodellen ble innført og satt i ordinær drift fra åpning i november 2024.
