Grote kans dat je KVK kent in relatie tot het Handelsregister of als organisatie waar starters zich moeten registreren om een KVK-nummer aan te vragen. Maar KVK is natuurlijk meer. Als publieke dienstverlener voor ondernemers werken wij dagelijks aan het ontwikkelen van praktische oplossingen die ondernemers ondersteunen in het veilig zaken doen en om houvast te bieden in het ondernemen. Dat doen we ook in het geval van het overlijden van een ondernemer. Er komt dan immers veel op het bord van de nabestaanden. Het klantreisonderzoek is afgerond. Voor het wegvallen van een collega zijn wij nu op zoek naar een Klantreis Expert/Service Designer.De opdracht betreft een tijdelijke inhuur van een Klantreisexpert met een stevige achtergrond in Service Design en IT change management om binnen KVK de verbeteringen voortkomend uit de klantreis nabestaanden te realiseren, met als doel dat opdrachtnemer diens specifieke expertise inzet voor complexe projecten op een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte manier te laten slagen. Hierbij worden de volgende activiteiten uitgevoerd: - Implementeren en co?rdineren verbeteringen volgend uit klantreis nabestaanden - Optimaliseren interne processen rondom overlijden van ondernemers - Optimaliseren klantreis Overlijden, waaronder niet alleen implementeren van oplossingen, maar ook valideren bij nabestaanden als ook uitvoeren van experimenten - Eventueel doen van aanvullend (klantreis)onderzoek - Lid van Practice Klantreisexpertise - delen van kennis met andere klantreisexperts; waarbij de volgende resultaten opgeleverd worden: - Gerealiseerde verbeteringen in de klantre
