Description

Het voorwerp van de opdracht bestaat uit het leveren, gebruiksklaar installeren en ter plaatse uittesten van een vloeistofchromatograaf met een triple quadrupool massa spectrometer, geschikt voor de analyse van organomicropolluenten (OMP) en medicijnen in oppervlakte- en afvalwater. Het betreft de vervanging van een bestaand toestel, terugname van oud toestel na implementatie nieuwe toestel staat gespecifieerd onder 2.4. De opdracht omvat naast de levering van het toestel een waarborgtermijn van twee jaar, waarin één preventief onderhoud per jaar wordt voorzien. Inbegrepen in de opdracht is een jaarlijks onderhoudscontract gedurende twee jaar welke een aanvang neemt na afloop van de waarborgtermijn. Na afloop van die twee jaar heeft de aanbestedende overheid de mogelijkheid om het jaarlijkse onderhoudscontract vijf keer te verlengen.
