Le marché porte sur la continuité et l’évolution d’un système de tracking GPS utilisé par SNCB Technics pour le suivi quasi temps réel d’environ 1.750 « conteneurs » équipés de trackers GPS en Europe. Il comprend, d’une part, la reprise par le nouveau prestataire des trackers existants (abonnements Sigfox/NB‑IoT, intégration dans un nouveau backend, reprise des données et métadonnées, gestion de capteurs BLE existants pour la température/humidité et le niveau de remplissage, avec mécanismes d’alertes). D’autre part, le marché couvre la fourniture de nouveaux trackers GPS et capteurs associés, incluant les abonnements, la visualisation via plateforme web et applications mobiles, ainsi que l’acquisition annuelle estimée de nouveaux équipements, avec possibilité d’intégrer directement certaines fonctionnalités (température, humidité, fill-level) dans les trackers.
