1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa opieka serwisowa nad systemami firmy Varian. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań Zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji i odbioru określają następujące dokumenty będące integralną częścią SWZ: a) opis przedmiotu zamówienia – załącznik nr 1a do SWZ, b) projektowane postanowienia umowy – załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 3. Wszystkie wymagania określone w dokumentach wskazanych powyżej stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp. Wykonawca przed zawarciem umowy przedstawi dokumenty potwierdzające legalne uprawnienie do korzystania z oprogramowania serwisowego niezbędnego do realizacji zamówienia, w zakresie i przez okres wymagany do jego wykonania (np. licencję, sublicencję albo inne uprawnienie skuteczne wobec uprawnionego z praw autorskich).
