1. Przedmiotem postępowania jest świadczenie usług w zakresie kompleksowego zimowego utrzymania dróg gminnych na terenie Sołectwa Bujaków w sezonie zimowym 2026/2027. 2. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje drogi gminne położone na terenie Sołectwa Bujaków, stanowiącego jeden rejon realizacji usług. Łączna długość dróg objętych zimowym utrzymaniem wynosi 19,83 km, w tym: – drogi utrzymywane w III standardzie – 8,21 km, – drogi utrzymywane w IV standardzie – 9,92 km, – drogi utrzymywane w V standardzie – 1,70 km. 3. Przez kompleksowe zimowe utrzymanie dróg (ZUD) należy rozumieć zespół działań organizacyjnych i technicznych mających na celu zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego oraz utrzymanie przejezdności dróg gminnych poprzez ograniczanie i usuwanie skutków zimowych zjawisk atmosferycznych, w szczególności opadów śniegu, gołoledzi, śliskości pośniegowej, marznącego deszczu, zawiei i zamieci śnieżnych. 4.
