Předmětem veřejné zakázky (dále též jen „VZ“) je zajištění vydávání kvalifikovaných a komerčních certifikátů a dalších služeb souvisejících s poskytováním certifikačních služeb pro potřeby zadavatele a to plně v souladu s nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) č. 910/2014 ze dne 23. července 2014 o elektronické identifikaci a službách vytvářejících důvěru pro elektronické transakce na vnitřním trhu a o zrušení směrnice č. 1999/93/ES (dále jen „eIDAS“) a se zákonem č. 297/2016 Sb., o službách vytvářejících důvěru pro elektronické transakce. Předmětem této VZ je dále komplexní zajištění vydávání elektronických časových razítek vydaných kvalifikovaným poskytovatelem služeb vytvářejících důvěru v souladu s nařízením eIDAS, resp. zákonem č. 297/2016 Sb. o službách vytvářejících důvěru pro elektronické transakce, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.
