Kongresshalle Nuremberg - Construction Site Setup II (Basic Usability and Substance Preservation)

The City of Nuremberg plans to expand the Kongresshalle on the former Nazi Party Rally Grounds in Nuremberg for cultural uses. This cultural development project includes, in particular, an additional venue for the Nuremberg State Theatre, enabling spaces for art and culture (studios), storage and archive rooms, as well as uses related to the folk festival, such as the police, BRK, fire department, and showmen's association. In addition to the expansion of the Kongresshalle, an extension building for the Nuremberg State Theatre venue will be constructed in the so-called inner courtyard. The work in the Kongresshalle will be divided from a structural perspective into the following (sub-)measures: 1.) Decontamination 2.) Structural stabilization & basic usability 3.) Expansion 4.) Extension building The subject of the tender is the overarching construction site setup for substance preservation and basic usability. The services include the provision of overarching elements consisting of sanitary and washing containers, as well as mobile toilets, meeting containers, construction site boundaries, signage, and video surveillance. The division of areas will be based on "external" and "internal" construction site setup areas, the boundaries of which will be provided and maintained by the contractor throughout the construction period using construction fences and gates. The contractor is responsible for traffic safety work, including the creation of traffic management orders and traffic planning documentation.
