Description

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je zpracování návrhu komplexních pozemkových úprav v katastrálním území Mělčany u Ivančic, včetně nezbytných geodetických prací v třídě přesnosti určené pro obnovu katastru nemovitostí vyhláškou č. 357/2013 Sb., o katastru nemovitostí (katastrální vyhláška), ve znění pozdějších předpisů, na základě žádostí vlastníků pozemků podle zákona č. 139/2002 Sb., o pozemkových úpravách a pozemkových úřadech, ve znění pozdějších předpisů s cílem prostorově a funkčně uspořádat vlastnická práva k pozemků a s nimi související věcná břemena, pozemky zpřístupnit a zajistit podmínky pro racionální hospodaření vlastníků půdy a zvýšení ekologické stability krajiny. Výsledky KoPÚ budou sloužit pro obnovu katastrálního operátu a jako neopomenutelný podklad pro územní plánování. Předpokládaná výměra řešeného území činí 684 ha. Do předpokládaného obvodu KoPÚ je zahrnuto 3 537 parcel, zapsaných na 331 listech vlastnictví.
