Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je provádění nepravidelného servisu a oprav vybraných chladících technologií, vedení pohotovostní služby 24/7 vč. nástupní doby, provádění pravidelných i nepravidelných revizí dle pokynů výrobce, legislativy a potřeb zadavatele, provádění kontrol úniku fluorovaných skleníkových plynů, výměna a dodávka chladiva, po dobu 4 let. Předmět plnění se bude týkat zařízení - mrazáků, lednic, mrazících a chladících boxů, mrazících a chladících komor, chladíren pro zemřelé, šokových zmrazovačů a zchlazovačů - těchto výrobců: Biobase, Bitzer, Electrolux, Frigera, JDK, Liebherr, Nordline, Rivacold, Silensys, Vestfrost. U poskytovaných servisních služeb platí, že musí zahrnovat všechny položky předmětu plnění, mimo spotřební materiál. Dodavatel v návrhu smlouvy o poskytování servisních služeb uvede neměnnou roční paušální cenu za servisní služby bez náhradních dílů, bez a vč. DPH – cena bude obsahovat všechny servisní zásahy, cestovné, kontrolu, garanci zprovoznění zařízení ve dnech dle podmínek návrhu smlouvy. Zadavatelem uvedená předpokládaná potřeba servisních služeb a kontrol úniků fluorovaných skleníkových plynů je pouze orientační a v žádném případě nezavazuje zadavatele k provedení těchto služeb. Jednotlivé servisní služby budou realizovány na základě dílčích objednávek zadavatele. Kontroly úniku fluorovaných skleníkových plynů budou realizovány pravidelně. Podrobněji viz ZD.
