Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beschaffung von "Atlassian Cloud-Lizenzen" zur Anwendung der Confluence-Enterprise-Plattform (Produktiv- und Testumgebung) und Jira-Enterprise-Plattform (Produktiv- und Testumgebung) in der Cloud inklusive der im Preisblatt gelisteter Marketplace-Apps. Die gelisteten Marketplace-Apps werden bei Bedarf durch den Auftraggeber einzeln hin-zugebucht und wieder entfernt und nur im gebuchten Zeitraum abgerechnet. Für die ersten 12 Monate der Vertragslaufzeit sind zur Unterstützung der Migration die Leistungen in einem Dual-Licensing mit Data Center Lizenzen anzubieten. Die folgenden Cloud-Dienstleistungen sind außerdem optional anzubieten: - Atlassian Guard Premium - Atlassian Backup and Restore Es handelt sich hierbei um Cloud-Lizenzen für 2.000 Benutzer. Die Lizenzen im o.g. Umfang sind unmittelbar nach Vertragsschluss voraussichtlich ab dem 04.01.2027 zu überlassen.
