Description
Tenders are invited for the supply of One (1) New 2026 Model 4500 Crew Cab & Chassis. Truck tenders will only be considered when equipped with the manufacturer’s standard features and conform to the following specifications. Other items considered of necessity or interest may be listed with price. Manufacturer build sheets must accompany all tenders. Two (2) sealed copies of the tender to be received by 11:00:00 AM Alberta Time, December 16, 2025. Tenders will be opened at that time.
Bidders must indicate compliance by checking the appropriate yes or no column.
Comments:
1. The bidder shall list on separate sheets of paper any variations from or exceptions to the conditions and specifications of this tender. This sheet shall be labelled “Exception(s) to Tender Conditions and Specifications” and shall be attached to the tender.
2. Additional items considered of necessity or interest to be listed separately with prices. Specification sheets and a detailed listing of equipment are to be submitted with each tender.
3. Unit shall be a new, standard production model of the latest design in current production.
4. Identify where model specs differ from tender specs. Specification sheets to be supplied with the tender.
