Hankinta sisältää ortoosien lisäksi palveluntuottajan toimesta suoritettavan arvion, mitanoton, valmistuksen, materiaalit, sovituksen ja käytönopetuksen ohjeineen, käyttöohjeet, luovutuksen henkilökohtaisesti asiakkaalle, sekä sopivuustakuun kattamat korjaus- ja muutostyöt sekä tuotetakuun. Tuotteet ovat saajalleen maksuttomia. Apuvälineen hankintaa varten asiakkaalle myönnetään maksusitoumus, joka tulee olla mukana tuotetta hankittaessa.
Sopimus on jaettu osiin seuraavasti:
