Kemin kaupungin ympäristötoimialan yleisten alueiden prosessit pyytää tarjoustanne latukoneesta hiihtolatujen ja moottorikelkkareittien kunnossapitoon. Kone on tavoitteena hankkia luottamuselinten myönteisen hankintapäätöksen jälkeen eli vuoden 2027 alussa. Tilaaja tarkistaa ennen hankintapäätöstä tarjottavan koneen. Hankintapäätös tehdään laitteen pisteytyksen perusteella. Laitteen hinta tulee esittää arvonlisäverottomana hintana. Tarjouksessa tulee huomioida mahdollinen vaihtokone, josta tiedot liitteenä. Hankintapäätöksen tekee hankintayksikkö. Hankintayksikkö varaa oikeuden hylätä kaikki tarjoukset perustellusta syystä. Hankintayksikkö ei vastaa tarjouksen tekemisestä aiheutuneista kustannuksista.
