30-Sep-2026 The principal objective of the assignment is to lead an objective, credible and high-quality assessment of the quality and performance of Nigeria's public procurement system using the latest applicable version of the Methodology for Assessing Procurement Systems (MAPS), including the applicable User Guide, indicator framework, templates, guidance and quality-assurance requirements issued by the MAPS Secretariat, as updated from time to time; identify strengths and weaknesses; establish a baseline for monitoring progress; inform strategic planning for future reforms and system development; and safeguard the objectivity, credibility and quality of the assessment process and Assessment Report. https://www.afdb.org/sites/default/files/documents/project-related-procurement/advertisement-_lead_consultant_nigeria_maps_assessment17.pdf
