Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou služby a stavební práce spočívající ve vyprojektování (včetně zajištění související inženýrské činnosti) a výstavbě budovy – novostavby Léčebny zrakových vad ve Dvoře Králové nad Labem včetně souvisejících objektů a zázemí metodou Design & Build, to vše podle standardů Mezinárodní federace konzultačních inženýrů („FIDIC“) Smluvní podmínky pro dodávku technologických zařízení a projektování a výstavbu elektro- a strojně-technologického díla a pozemních a inženýrských staveb projektovaných zhotovitelem („FIDIC YELLOW BOOK“). Předmětem zakázky je rovněž poskytování služeb energetického managementu budovy po dobu prvních 3 let provozu Léčebny zrakových vad. Zadavatel dále také požaduje zpracování informačního modelu stavby ve všech projektových stupních, včetně skutečného provedení stavby. Vše bude prováděno s využitím informačního modelování BIM, v souladu se zákonem č. 330/2025 Sb., o správě informací o stavbě a vystavěném prostředí a o změně některých zákonů, a v souladu s aktuálně platnou legislativou týkající se tohoto zákona, zejména v dané době účinných vyhlášek.
