The subject of the tender is fire protection planning services for the project "L022 - Renovation House 4" at the Lemgo Clinic site of Klinikum Lippe GmbH. The project involves the structural, functional, and technical further development of existing building structures in House 4. The fire protection planning specifically relates to the complete renovation of the existing ward 42 on the 2nd floor into a premium care ward, the change of use of the existing ward 41 on the 1st floor into doctors' and examination areas for vascular surgery and neurology, including an MS outpatient clinic and Parkinson's day clinic, the demolition of the existing modular building from Caldolto, the new construction of a necessary solid replacement staircase over all floors from the basement to the 4th floor, and the restoration of the affected outdoor areas. The tendered services include fire protection planning in accordance with AHO for all performance phases for the aforementioned project components. Furthermore, the services include, in particular, specialist construction supervision for fire protection in accordance with BauO NRW, familiarization with and updating of the overall fire protection concept of the Lemgo Clinic, creation or updating of a fire incident matrix, updating of fire department plans, and creation or updating of escape and rescue route plans. The fire protection planning must be oriented towards implementation in the existing clinic infrastructure and take into account ongoing clinic operations. In particular, requirements for escape and rescue routes, fire compartments, fire protection access, fire incident control, technical interfaces, hygiene, accessibility, operational processes, and timely and approvable realization must be considered.
